And Dylan shared that one night he was putting his 7yo to bed and his son ended up asking , “dad, what do you want to talk about?” Like 7yo knew something was going on and he held space for dad to share/ realize things were going to be ok. Amazing!

Dillon, acknowledging that life can be really hard while still showing up, is so incredibly Important too. Life is not always perfect and it’s okay to show our kids that. It’s okay for them to see us sad, so they grow up knowing that they can also have those emotions as adults. You and Suzanne are a blessing to other parents who are struggling through this current environment.
