Older people in the comments acting like we didn't do this, insane. We used to do much more dangerous stuff just to pass the time, and had a blast doing it. Sometimes stuff happens that's all.

It was an unfortunate accident that nobody wants to happen. People immediately want to find someone to blame, but they just wanted to have some fun, just like thousands of others who do the same thing every time it snows and nothing happens to them.

Any GenXer from up north has done this, we’d hide between cars and latch on to a random car driving by just to see how long we could hold on. It’s a terrible accident, not a crime that the driver should rot in jail over.
