I sprained my ankle over a week ago it’s still swollen. I don’t do ballet but I have a hectic life schedule that I can’t be slowed down. Sorry you are injured.

I was out for almost 8 months for peroneal and achilles tendinitis. It was horrible, but you really appreciate how amazing ballet is when you get back!

Slipped on ice last year and had a radial spiral fracture and medial dislocation of my tibia. It took me a while after surgery to get back to ballet but it was worth it. You can do it!
