buy scrubs!!! keeps your everyday clothes from getting dirty/stained. comfy/non slip shoes are a must when lifting and helps strain on the back. wear gloves when doing pretty much EVERYTHING and change between tasks and keeping everything clean/disinfected is so so important

Get the Carhartt scrubs they are very comfy. Don’t wear open toe shoes and do not wear shoes that slide. I prefer the hay dude sneakers

If you’re wearing a mask while dealing with BM’s put Vicks vaporub in between two masks. Or just rub a little under your nose. It helps a ton with the smell. And always make sure there is a chuck/puppy pad under their bottom while they are sitting or sleeping.

Wipe back to front, wet wipes are your best friend. Always ask your permission and explain what you’re doing “okay I’m just going to wipe you down.” And don’t be afraid to use lots of wipes and get in there

Depending on the company clients are supposed to have supplies but I always bring gloves and baby whips in my car! And just breath everything gets easier with time and you just have to be calm!
