I had the WORST anxiety dream last night, I was pregnant. (context im 43 with 2 kids and have neither the mental, financial or physical capacity for another) - noone needs to tell me what it means, it was a nightmare of epic proportions 🤣🤣🤣

It's not so much what happens in dreams that's significant, it's the way you respond during the dream to what happened because your subconscious isn't putting up any barriers, it's running free. It's saying to yourself 'what would I do if...' without hiding from your own truth.
