This is a weird post. Maybe we aren't seeing your perspective? I have a 14yo with hair that same length. If he starts to look greasy I let him know, in a loving way. If he is stinky I let him know. How we treat our boys is exactly how they will treat their partners later in life. Think about that and how it relates to your child's happiness later in life.
