***Hey! go to the manufacturers website!!! alot of times they have coupons for getting the medication filled!! I was on xarelto and its $584 a month WITH goodie. with the coupon on their website it was $25.

As a former social worker my clients experiencing homelessness were advised to go to the hospital (nonprofit) and ask about patient assistance programs. They often cover meds and make them like $10 a month. My parents don’t qualify for Medicaid BUT they do qualify for the local hospital patient assistance program for insulin and medical care!!

Actually your prescribing Dr (I assume 35 hours away) should be able to call it in to a local pharmacy. But that won’t help with the price.

Have your prescriber send the prescription to Walmart. They can transfer it a local Walmart (even between states) and Walmarts prices are generally the lowest.
