Soreness isn’t an indicator of muscle growth. You’re recovering just right. You won’t feel it anymore sadly and it’s actually a good thing.

if you want a real answer, instead of focusing on weight focus on the reps. put your attention on keeping the form and on the muscles, that usually helps

A good indicator would be to see if you have gained weight (Muscle). Muscle weighs more than fat. Just keep going as soreness isn’t always good. 👍

it's because you're not burning out while you're in there. your last reps that you do for the day you need to do a burnout keep doing them until you can't lift your arms anymore you'll be sore I promise 😜
