Insourcing is worse for getting things done. People are lazy and entitled, they don't want to go through disciplinary measures. Contract workers work harder, they should just vote for increasing salaries of contract workers

Insourcing is when the State doesn’t give out tenders instead it hires people to work under municipalities to do the job , example instead of hiring other companies to do certain jobs the municipality do those jobs so no more tenders

DA and Action SA last time when they were still governing together voted against it. We are glad Mashaba party finally came to their senses and not vote with their stomach they finally supported EFF motion of insourcing of workers.
