If you are offended, you participate in identity politics, and whatever else you are not... you are still the problem without realizing it. This realization was not an easy one for me, but I'm white, male, and from a Christian background. If you don't de-construct the hierarchies and ultimately yourself, you WILL obstruct others and be complicit in the hierarchies that oppress women, other races, other classes, other ideologies. If you are offended, it means you have some work to do. Deconstruct your own hierarchies. Don't lash out at women, or races, religions, LGBTQ+, or socioeconomic theorists all telling you a problem exists. Extract yourself from the hierarchies and be free. Or in work and you'll never be offended again... because you will share their feelings to the same degree they do. I promise it is worth the work.
