skinny does not =healthy and fat does not = unhealthy. I am over weight perfect a1c low cholesterol great heart health blood pressure perfect. most of the thin people I know who are even younger then me already struggling with BP and cholesterol and blood sugar. People assume because they are think they can just eat whatever. you don't gain the weight, but you are also slowly unaliving yourself.

I think it’s genetic bc I also have high cholesterol but all my other bloodwork is perfect. I’m 5’4” and 126lbs. So annoying bc the doctor said I need a lifestyle change. Hello I’ve already lost 82lbs!

More soluble fiber from foods like beans and oats! Also keep in mind if under eating not addressing nutrient deficiencies, or have low thyroid function can reduce bile flow. Healthy bile flow is key to keep cholesterol balanced

Girl same. Fiber helped me a lot. I train 4-5x a week, eat really healthy, and run. I was baffled when they told me. I realized I was under eating soluable fiber. Oats, beans, chia, flax, apples etc. you don’t absorb as much and end up excreting it. Maybe this info helps. My levels are good now
