I buy "flat socks" in the kids department at Target....they have bigger shoe sizes too! they can be washed and dried like regular socks!

I have disposable liners, kinda like pantyliner for your shoes. I found scare tape on my heels works well to prevent blisters.

rotate shoes! I dont wear the same in a row, air them every few weeks and my number 1 is isopropyl spray to clean every once in a while! no smell in my whare

Put baby powder in the shoes first. Also, they make little 1/4 socks that just cover the toes and part of the sole of your feet. They really help reduce friction and are not visible once the shoes are on.

Use stick deodorant on the bottoms of your feet. I promise, it works. I use it with flats, sandals, anytime I'm not wearing socks.
