It was a question, it wasn’t used in a derogatory manner. It’s not her business but it was a question.

I really wish we as black people stop using this word period

peaches804 :
So explanation is this: that word was used by yt people to degrade us but black people took the word and turned it into a term of endearment amongst ourselves! So that is a middle finger to yt supremacy! And they feel so angry because we don’t allow anyone else to say it . So that gives us power over them! We are resilient from our trials and tribulations! And we still laugh and dance and live abundantly inspite of our history and current oppression placed upon us! And if my children were in the class my children were taught real black history from day one. So they would’ve given her this same response and would’ve told her she has no right to say that word ever again!

My explanation is this and you are so incorrect about getting over our black history because does anyone tell Jewish people to get over the holocaust?

I don't like the word used from anyone, especially someone that is not Black. This word has been played with too much.

you are correct, this is a question for her own age group or older. she should have tought them why the word should not be used at all. That word i have never ever used, but I'm not a black American so the word means nothing to me. but I know the history that's why I have never said it

Ya'll doing toooo much. All this lady did was ask a question?. Black Americans use the word as if its a given first name, then get upset when ita used. Leave this teacher alone. Also, are you saying higj schoolers cannot have a discussion about this, get their point of view? Please.
