We have to stop treating psychiatric illness as an out when a severe crime is committed. I work in psychiatry and love my schizophrenic etc, however if they go so far as to kill someone, I’m sorry, although sad, they need to go away. Stopping meds is something they try every few months and if violent during this time, danger to society
