@agrotonomy: Uncommon crops that you can grow vertically on aeroponic towers: 1. Tarragon: a classic French herb that reaches maturity in just 6 weeks. 2. Ridge Luffa: a fast-growing cucurbit related to cucumbers. Harvested young for cooking and widely used in Indian, Thai, Filipino, Chinese, and Southeast Asian cuisine. When left to fully mature, it naturally turns into a plant-based sponge. 3. Frisée (Curly Endive): a gourmet salad green popular in French cuisine, known for its curly leaves and slightly bitter flavor, famously used in "salade lyonnaise". #farming #agriculture #horticulture #gardening #verticalfarming

Chef E :
I’ve been trying to grow French tarragon from seed and it never has the fragrance smell. It has the traits of Russian tarragon, which looks exactly like the French version yet smells and tastes like grass. I have learned that you have to graft it to get the perfume characteristics of French Tarragon. Have you experienced this? Are you growing French tarragon?
