Yes l fully agree. An error i. her judgment from tiredness could have cost her loosing her nursing career forever by getting struck off. Staff shortage or not, working those hours is just not acceptable.

as a caregiver i worked 12 hours a day with very small salary but since i love my work and loved helping elders and cancer patients i never complained but working too much that makes my energy totally drained, i need to rest
