I had the same problem, my golf coach (ex player) she had me put a 6 iron, laying flat grip going away behind you, backside of the 6 iron with the back foot resting on it. my problem wasnt keeping my heel down (which looked liked yours actually) it was because I wasnt pushing off strong enough to get more positive angle of attack. it helped me greatly getting the feel of what the heel should be doing and increased my driving distance by 20 yards. also cutting backswing down at first helps to get the feel.

Look at the ball 'through your nostrils' which allows more room for your shoulders to turn. You're nearly there but need back to basics coaching......

I like how the backswing is slow and the downswing speeds up but not too mucky or you start the downswing too early
