Started with their croquettas, which were crunchy outside, creamy inside, and wrapped in savory Jamon Serrano. The Gambas al ajillo came with huge, juicy shrimps in a garlicky, savory sauce, perfect with sourdough for dipping. Their Jamon Serrano with crackers was balanced, not too salty, and clean-tasting. For mains, the mixta paella was loaded with seafood, chorizo, and chicken. It was flavorful without being overpowering. The wagyu salpicado was super tender and delicious, while the pancetta de cerdo asada had insanely crispy skin with juicy, melt-in-your-mouth meat, elevated by vinegar soy sauce and chimichurri. The espinaca fettuccine was creamy, garlicky, and comforting, topped with sundried tomatoes and shrimps. Paired everything with their refreshing juices, orange basil zest, lemon mint spritz, and pineapple cucumber slush, which balanced the richness perfectly of their food. Ended on a sweet note with crunchy churros and chocolate dip, plus a soft, creamy tiramisu with just the right coffee kick.
