We've had some questions about how the hike works cause you can't possibly be lugging your suitcase on the hike. There's a phone number on WeChat that we found online that offers this service where they drop you off at the beginning of the hike (Naxi guesthouse) and they'll take your bags to the endpoint. The hike is 2D 1N so it's 7h to the hotel, then the next day it's 4h down the mountain at a location near Teacher Zhang's Inn. We'll post the number below this comment when we find the number again so you can contact them. If you're not planning on doing the hike, then you might need to get a transfer to the popular Halfday House hotel before asking the hotel to pick you up. FYI the name of the stay is HALF WAY house so it be abit confusing
