It's actually fascinating trying Chinese Restaurants in different countries. Australia, UK, USA are all very different. Chinese food in India is very seasoned with curry👍

I was just talking about this with my friend. And like, who came up with all these dishes like general tso’s chicken, Mongolian beef, egg rolls and orange chicken? I can’t see Sysco providing recipes! Tho I’m glad that dim sum and dumpling spots have been on the rise for a bunch of years now. I’ll take xiaolongbao over crab rangoons any day!
