@mountain_mic: Turning 37 feeling like I’m standing on the summit of the hardest mountain I’ve ever climbed. This year gave me the highest highs: ✅ Promoted to Executive Director. ✅ Reclaimed my physical health. And the lowest lows: 💔 Mourning my mother. 📉 Navigating professional fires and tough leadership decisions. Most people would’ve folded under the pressure. I just adjusted my pack and kept stepping.
