At first I thought it was love , but I realized I was the only one doing the "loving" he was benefiting from me , it took me 3 yrs to finally understand there was no connection, no real intimacy, no sharing moments , no soulful exchanges, what I felt was all me ,I was the one providing all the good things in this relationship. I left.

After I ended it with my long time Narc BF, I didn’t know who I was. At age 27 I started from ground zero. It was so odd. I had a better sense of myself before the relationship with the Narc, than I did afterwards

Sir, thank you for all your videos. you are so helpful. have you ever heard of professor Sam Vaknin and his video of the true and false self on narcissism.? please watch this on Google and please tell what your thoughts are on this. he is supposed to be the leading expert on narcissistic behavior. he gives an example of what is actually going on in the mind of a narcissist. I wish you could teach on this subject of the true self vs the false self. I appreciate all your helpful videos.

Thank god I found out he had a wife after a month and half of dating him… but he cracked my brain… I broke up with him and was tempted to smooth things over and then I found out he was married a few days later… my god! I’m thankful I didn’t get stuck with him for any longer… I don’t know how I would have survived

I also thought all the 7 vd calls daily was love. He was actually simply checking up on my moves. His trust issues was a problem. He will question the me in me. Questions my routine of 6 years of been in a safety forum. I'm glad it lasted only 3 months before I got in too deep
