All month long it was dry outside and our house was exactly what we thought it was. We closed at 9am on Wednesday and at noon it started storming. The garage roof leaks and our basement walls get soaked from the outside in when it rains. Too late

Question…. Kitchen appliances are all to convey… 2 days before inspection the fridge/freezer failed. We contacted buyers agent. Inspection happened and listed non working refrigerator. In requested repairs the fridge was not listed…. So that means they don’t expect it fixed or replaced correct?
