That video is a little misleading. Yes, subcutaneous fat has roles in the body, but it doesn’t control whether you feel full. Fullness is mainly regulated by hormones like leptin and ghrelin and by your stomach and brain signals, not by fat in your arms. Liposuction just removes fat from a specific area for appearance, it doesn’t change hunger, metabolism, or prevent weight gain. You can still feel full without arm fat, and people who get lipo can regain fat if their habits don’t change. It’s more about overall health and consistency than keeping or removing fat in one spot.
