Touching the bridge of my nose when I’m wearing my contacts is the first fidget I go to when I need something to do with my hands lol I always forget I don’t have them on.

y’all, any optician will adjust your glasses for free - even the ones you didn’t get from us. can’t tell you how many pairs of zenni glasses i’ve adjusted. now, some pairs we might not be able to do much with based on the quality or age of the frame, but most frames can be tightened at least a little bit. if possible, always try an optician before a product on tiktok shop

Y'all can just leave the sides of the glasses in hot water for like 15 seconds and you can bend them super easy to squeeze your head. You can also bend the very ends to squeeze your head a little more too. Tadaa just saved you however much you didn't need to spend anyways

So I use to live by these. Religiously. Until I went to a new optometrist who told me I was wearing the wrong glasses for my face/head. That some glasses have longer ear pieces (I’ve wore glasses for 18 years) and I didn’t know this until a few years ago.
