I have a much older Renpho scale (still works), and just did the DEXA scan. The scale is so close to DEXA if you can’t spend the money on DEXA

don’t waste your money on this type of stuff. just get a DEXA every 4-6 months. trust, if you think you’re obsessed with tracking progress now the scale will make it worse.

Scales can’t tell you body fat or anything other than weight. Got on one and it told me I’m 55% body fat. Ik I ain’t a body biulder by any means but I’m not fucking 55% 😭

For everyone in the comments, the scale is meant more for tracking trends. So yes, it will not be super accurate but you can at least see progress. Ive had mine for two years and it’s great
