I’ve been the same weight my entire life. I’ve lifted weights my entire life. Did fine through perimenopause didn’t have any symptoms then menopause hit me like a ton of bricks at 55. 2 1/2 years later, I’ve gained 15 lbs and I’ve tried everything (eating 3 smaller meals a day and while still working out). Now I’m trying 100-130 grams or protein and 25-40 grams of fiber per day. It’s been a month almost and I’ve lost nothing 😫😤. I pick up my prescriptions for vaginal estrogen, progesterone and testosterone cream on Monday. 🙏 I don’t want to take any meds and I don’t want to go on a GLP-1. The struggle is real ladies.
