I fast 16-32 hours a day depends on the day. I dont eat carbs i walk more than 10000 to 18000 steps a day. If i eat i finish by 3pm or 4pm. And yet my weight still the same

I'm a type 1 diabetic and note this is very good advice for blood sugar control. Also the order in which you eat your food helps: salads and veggies first (which is your Fibre), then protein and small amount of healthy fats and end off with your carbs.
