Hot take: if you set your prices, I’m not tipping. Example: private nail tech = no tip ; nail tech at a salon with menu pricing = tip. Same goes for tattoo artists, hair stylists, etc. if you’re setting your prices, you should charge correctly. If someone else is dictating service prices, obvi tip
