I picked up Immortal Dark because someone said it was about vampires, and it’s a pretty book. Read it and FELL IN LOVE with the story!

They call Kidan annoying, but they love Aelin 🙄 who in my opinion was the most annoying character I’d ever read.

they hated Immortal Dark!!??? WHAT!?!? After the repetitive manic pixie dream girl bs we have had shoved down our throats& they hated Kidan!??? I'm baffled bc I was riding hard for her this entire book even when I disagreed

Kidan was an unlikable character and THAT is why I love her. She has trauma and layers and this book was in my top 5 for 2025 ❤️❤️❤️❤️

The real life Wu Zetian is by far my favourite historical ruler. Male historians tried so hard to demonise her because she challenged fragile male rule, but truth prevails

Immortal Dark is the kind of unhinged vampire story I missed from the 2000s. I loved it!

I love iron widow and its sequel. The first book is great because everything she does is 100% justified and the second book is great because she's still a badass but now slightly unhinged 😂

I love seeing someone talk about how much they love a book. Immortal Dark is hands down one of the best character explorations with Kidan and don’t get me started on the world building. Tigest is that girl 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Damn, I won’t lie that I am one of the people that found Kidan annoying 😭 I’m still on book one and it’s taking me a little longer than usual to get through it but I wanna stick it out so bad because of how good I hear that it and the sequel is 😭
