I'm doing this now- ty! But I'm definitely still trying to recover (and it seems like I'm still getting sabotaged with followers dropping overnight- literally). My page is physician menopausal education and support and has not changed on the 8 months since I have started it (hopefully just has showed improvement) so not sure what's happening is going on but thx for the tips! Super frustrating
