Yes! I worked with an ENT doctor and you would be surprised how many times we diagnosed people with autoimmune diseases that sometimes are passed by primary care doctors.

The rheumatologist I saw looked at me and told me I was not convincing him enough for him to believe I had an autoimmune disease and that I needed to be more believable. So I never went back and still have not because wtf am I supposed to do with that lmfao

It's literally so annoying how dismissive doctors can be. It took 5 years for me to be diagnosed with my autoimmune condition, but had to change doctors over a dozen times!
