Please leave out the Käsespätzle if you visit anywhere east of Innsbruck... Just loads of bad cheese and cream... Real Käsknöpfle you only get in Vorarlberg and parts of Tyrol, where the produce high quality intense mature cheeses and also use them for the dish... whatever you ate in Vienna, it was probably closer to Mac n cheese than to real Käsespätzle
