Girl, unfortunately I get this. Unexpectedly laid off from a job I gave my life to. I had been a home owner for only 4 months on my own (which they knew) AND they took their company vehicle back (obviously) which left me broke, jobless and without a car. But, onto bigger and better things!

Got fired from my restaurant job almost three years ago, and after a two year lawsuit I’m finally at peace. I devoted so much of myself to that company. Glad to see that it was only a year for you to find peace ❤️

Same thing kind of happened to me in 2023, a small company I gave 4 years of my life to went under just like that poof no more job 🙃 out of nowhere. Took me all of 2024 to reshift and regroup but so happy now

Did you clash with a new manager or owner ? This is generally what happens . New blood is threatened by old employees OR big changes need to happen so they clean house . I’ve seen it all. As a bartender I have seen so many managers get screwed :(
