It baffles me to this day to know there are people in this world who don’t experience anxiety or depression. I have ADHD, severe anxiety, severe depression, PTSD, OCD and so many more and my life is a daily battle…but there are people who can wake up refreshed and not one worrying thought ☹️🥺
