It works. shipping is just terrible. I’m down 38 pounds and took my last shot a few days ago and now I have to wait six weeks just to get my refill. I’m thinking about finding another provider.

I bought the Brello 3 month supply back in July 2025 and I still have two bottles left 😂, I never moved up the dose. So far lost 25 lbs ( I was 160 lbs)
