@avery.elizbeth: inspired by @The Nitro Bar to make a raspberry whip mocha recipe: - line cup with mocha, add ice and milk, stir espresso with mocha and rasperry syrup, pour over milk, add raspberry whip on top - raspberry syrup: 1c sugar, 1/2c water, 1/2c raspberries, dissolve sugar in a saucepan on med heat then add the berries and cook for 5 mins, let cool then strain, (or buy) - raspberry whip cream: syrup & heavy whipping cream
