Both are mysterious but with Scorpios you know where you stand. You know they don't open up. With Pisces this is not the case. They lie or only reveal half the truth and create confusion, so you might think they opened up to you when they haven't. Pisces are all about illusion after all.

Mysterious means being hard/difficult to understand/to explain which fits more with the Pisces archetype. Scorpios are secretive but not necessarily mysterious. People get those things mixed up

As a Pisces who has a Pisces friend, a Pisces moon bestie and a Pisces rising brother, this is the truth. Scorpio hide things but Pisces is just hidden naturally. We ourselves don’t know bc of so many different reasons. I myself get frustrated with other Pisces placements ‘cause it’s always “Idk” but I’m the same too 😭
