Pull the rotisserie chicken out of the bag and shred the breast meat (hands or fork—dealer’s choice). Save the bones for stock if you’re feeling ambitious 2. Cook your rice. While it does its thing, chop the scallion 3. Add the hot rice straight into the rotisserie chicken bag and mix it with those golden juices. 4. Toss in as much shredded chicken as you want, pour over Bachan’s, add scallions, and mix it all up 5. Spoon into a bowl and enjoy
