Roadside field tests are unreliable so it can show a false positive. the police aren't at fault considering they tested it as they should have considering other than in this video over never seen someone carry ashes or etc in something like a little thing like that. anyone would have thought the same thing. The department is definitely at fault for giving them faulty equipment
