I used to sweat a lot, because I had hyperhidrosis witch means that we sweat a lot on the hands, feet, armpits even the whole body, I got a surgery for that, now I sweat like a normal person but my 90% of the day I don’t sweat and I can use sandals, high heels o whatever I want, just ask with a doctor.
