I had a Caviler King Charles Spaniel Female We Got her as a puppy. Cavilers have a 50/50 percent chance of Heart Murmurs She eventually got one was put on medication but after about a year and a half could not take anymore she also had Seizures. Maybe try a New Vet! I'm Praying Blossom gets the Diagnosis and Medication she needs.🙏💕

It could be a couple variations of things. could have worms, heart issues or maybe even nasal polyps if it's nasal polyps steroids may help if it's heart issue or worms I would maybe go see a different vet for a second opinion
