@skeletmotion: Build arms the right way! BICEPS: The biceps brachii is the muscle on the front of your upper arm. It has two heads: Long head – the outer part of your biceps, gives that peak. Short head – the inner part, closer to your body. Function: bends the elbow and helps rotate the forearm (supination). Key point: To grow your biceps properly, you need to train both heads, not just curl randomly. TRICEPS: The triceps brachii is the muscle on the back of your upper arm. It has three heads: Long head – runs along the back of the arm, important for overall size. Lateral head – the outer part, gives that horseshoe shape. Medial head – the inner part, usually less visible but important for strength. Function: straightens the elbow and stabilizes the shoulder. Key point: To build strong, big arms, you must target all three heads — just doing random pushdowns won’t be enough. FOREARMS: The forearms connect your wrist to your elbow. Important for grip strength and completing your arm aesthetics. Shouldn’t be ignored !
