I was on one for about a year, lost 50#. Then the doc changed my meds and for some reason counteracted the GLP1 and gained a lot back. Stopped the GLP1, changed the med he put me on, now I’m back on and lost 25#.

I was on wegovy for 2 years and went from 250 to 165. Got off of it for 1 year because of insurance issues. Got back up to 200. Back on zepbound for 2 months now and back down to 184.

There are long term issues though that many are experiencing. Long term….life style changes and are the BEST option…but yes…this is another way to manage it.

lost 89 i love it have 19 people on it lol. I tell the haters side effects ? if u dont take it heart attack stoke knee pain back pain depression etc.
