@iamokcello: Improvisation Meditation: Dreaming of the Rise from the Ashes I met many of you during the despair of the pandemic and year of racial reckoning. I played these improvisation meditations as a way of fortifying my spirit against the devastating and overwhelming news of a dying and decaying world. These sonic prayers got me through, and I think a few of you as well. These days feel similar to those, and I find myself needing to find the sacred in sound again to get through. I offer this to those who need it today. I hope that this sonic meditation can help those who are moved by it to find comfort, courage, solutions, connection, self, community, and peace.
