To all those saying it has blue the order said no blue. You try do these with only pink and no additional colours. What the order most likely meant is primarily pink ok you can hear the lady throughout the entire vid I'll try my best to get no blue but sometimes it's gonna happen. If you notice a lot of the accessories in the medical field seem to pair pink and blue together.
