Furthermore, the hydropower station has been operating in a high-humidity, high-water vapor environment, and even exposed to chloride ions or chemical agents for a long time. Therefore, a reinforcement project was decided upon. The total building area is 2800 square meters. HM-30 carbon fiber and adhesive were chosen to reinforce the bottom of the floor slabs.
