I used to work retail, we used to have customers say they never got their order and asking for a refund when in reality they did receive it and were trying to run a scam.

Any time I’ve had an online purchase go missing, I’ve gotten refunds or reshipment for free. AFTER I’ve contacted the postage place and they’ve done their part.
