Add in the flour, salt, and baking powder, then pour in the milk and mix. Pour the cake batter into a greased and floured heart pan and bake at 350F for 24-28 minutes. For the frosting, in a stand mixer or hand mixer pour in the heavy cream, powdered sugar, jello powder, and vanilla, beat on slow until the sugar is combined then whip on high until stuff peaks form ( don’t over mix or it will curdle) crumb coat your cake and freeze, then spread on the frosting, with the remaining frosting, dye it red and make your designs, write your message and add sprinkles to the boarders, enjoy #fyp #viral #baking #valentines #Love
