@sunoosperspective: Hey everyone! I made a video asking for help with an edit and some of the comments were asking for a tutorial on the handwriting animation thing so here it is. Bear in mind I am not very experienced and I started editing and using alight motion like 3 days ago so this tutorial might not be the best. I honestly suggest you find a tutorial from someone who is more experienced. First what you’re gonna do create your project. Tap on the plus sign and select free hand drawing. Now you can write whatever you want. In my last post I needed help on how to get the handwriting to be legible while on mobile and I got a lot of helpful suggestions. If you are on mobile and do not have a stylus it is best if you zoom in to where you want to write and really take your time and make sure when you mess up instead of using the eraser you use the back button as the erasing will be registered in the final animation. Now that you have your sentence written out we can move to the animation. To get the writing animation you wanna click on the drawing and go to effects. Once you get to the effects page you want to select the drawing progress effect which I believe is in the “drawing & edge” tab. When you do that you want to slide the slider that is next to “End” all the way to 0.0 and then add a key frame to beginning of your drawing. After you want to go to the end of the drawing and slide the “End” slider back to 100.0. With that your writing animation is done! It was kinda hard to explain so I hope I was able to be somewhat helpful to whoever was struggling with this. Again I am also a beginner so there is probably a better way to do this but this is how I did it. Thanks! #alightmotion
